Hi bloggers, today I would like to talk about a sport I really enjoy . This is a new sport that arrived to Chile very strongly in the last years. We are talking about the CrossFit. I attended to CrossFit class in the summer of 2017, and this provided me a good physical condition to practice any other sport, basketball, football or swimming.
For those who don’t know this sport, in simple words, it consists in a multifunctional training. With self-weight, I mean, with the load of your body. However, any exercises could be realizes with weight or dumbbells, even any exercises could be with Olympics weight. It is an excellent sport for the body, because the exercises are very functional, and you occupy many muscles to realize the exercises. From the legs even your fingers and your neck.
A classic exercise of the CrossFit are the pull-ups, when you rise your body with your arms in a rod, and this exercise has many variations. The most professional CrossFiters can realize a lot of acrobatics pull-ups, even adding more weight.
Today in Santiago, there are a lot of places where to realize CrossFit classes. But, they required a lot of instruments and also a coach, it is a very expensive sport, because you must pay a month and you could be taking three class in the week.
